Parents message me all the time asking me for ideas on how to encourage healthy eating habits for their kids. Watch in the video how Healthy Chef Diego, and I talk about the importance of taking care of your body, eating healthy, and how the brain actually gets nutrients from the blood stream and into our brain.  We read this book every single night and Diego is absolutely fascinated by it.  I think your kids might enjoy this video. 

We always talk about how everything is interrelated.  We talk about how food affects his thoughts, his actions, behaviors and vice versa.  In the end Diego recommends this book to everyone because in his words “you need to take care of your body or else you will die.” Smart kid right there!
