If you’re trying to lose weight, have more energy, vitality,

and optimal health… there is just no way around it. 

So many people forget about adding crucial plant based food into their diet (and yes, I’m referring to vegetables) and wonder why they’re not losing weight. Or why they’re chronically constipated and lethargic all the time.  We need to go back to the basics. Cauliflower has a ton of fiber, protein, vitamin C and is completely alkaline which will help your body detoxify.  All of the processed foods and sugar that we over consume as a society only make our bodies more acidic which make us more prone to disease. 

Here are a few ways I like to eat cauliflower:

  1. When I’m craving something crunchy like chips: I will literally just munch away mindlessly and it satisfies that craving!
  2. Steam and puree: I love pureeing it, adding a bit of salt, anti-inflammatory spices like cumin and turmeric and eating it instead of mashed potatoes
  3. On top of salads: just chop it into small pieces and throw on top of your salad for a little crunch
  4. In a sandwich: My favorite sandwich is filled with hummus, chunks of cauliflower and tomato! YUM!!
