This delicious vegan protein shake with avocado is seriously so delicious and creamy.  It’s one of my favorite protein shakes to make and best of all, it doesn’t have any processed sugars, full of good fat, is protein and fiber rich and is completely plant based. I did add a lot of dates but only because I wanted something extra sweet.  If you’re concerned with the sugar in dates, just add less dates.  I always prefer real sugar from real food than processed or “fake” sugar any day. Try it out and let me know what you think. Ingredients: Makes 3 servings

  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 10 dates
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • generous dash of cinnamon
  • 4 tbs hemp protein powder
