What is a 5 Day RESET Challenge?

A  5 day RESET challenge is a 5 day program focused on balanced, low glycemic eating, optimal nutrition and improved digestion.

Every day, you will simply replace three meals with a Nutrimeal shake, take your supplements, and eat whole-food snacks.

 

How does it work? 

In order to join the challenge with my friends and I, all you have to do is purchase your kit by June 25, 2021 and let me know you’ve purchased it so I can add you to the private Facebook group.

 

What if I’m lactose intolerant or prefer plant based, gluten free and soy free?

What does the kit come with?

Each kit comes with:

  • 15 Nutrimeal single serve packets – these are low glycemic meal replacement shakes that taste absolutely delicious and keep you full so you don’t crave sugar!
  • 5 Probiotic stick packs  to help bring balance to your belly and support gut microbiome
  • 10 (5AM & 5 PM) HealthPak packets which are your daily antioxidants, minerals, magnesium, calcium and vitamin D
  • Program guide and tracking card

 

When does it start?

We are doing it as a group with other women from around the world on July 5 – July 9, 2021.

You can always purchase the kit yourself and start whenever you’d like.  However, research does support that having community and accountability supports long lasting results and lifestyle behavior changes.

 

By when do I need to order my kit by if I want to join you in the group challenge?

Please order your kit no later than June 25, 2021 if you want to join me and other women in the private Facebook group where we will share daily mindset practices, smoothie recipes and daily workouts.

 

What type of results can I expect to see after the 5 days? 

That depends on several factors but the majority of my friends that have done the 5 day RESET have lost anywhere from 4 – 12 lbs (results will vary by participant and this is not a statement indicating you will have the same or similar results and you should always consult with your primary care physician before starting something new).  Of course, it all depends on your starting weight and how you follow the program.  Personally, I lost 4lbs the first time I did it.  I think it’s because it really helped me clean out my digestive tract – plus, I was actually really full all day and didn’t crave sugar at all or have cravings for munchies.
